At ONYX by Rimsha, customer satisfaction is our priority. However, please note:

• No Refunds or Returns: We do not offer refunds or returns once a purchase has been made.

• Exchange Only in Case of Damage: Exchange is only possible if the product you receive is damaged at the time of delivery.

• Exchange Terms:

• The customer must provide an unboxing video as proof, clearly showing the parcel being opened and the damage present.

• The exchange request must be made within 24 hours of receiving the parcel.

• The product must be unused, with all tags and original packaging intact.
